Maria D. M.
Maghi S.Pd, M.A (Director and Coordinator of Program Development, General Manager, and Advocacy)
For nearly two decades involved in various community development projects including YASPANKA, YAPRITA, ELSAM, Floresta Women Solidarity Forum, AusAID, PBI, OXFAM, and Plan International Indonesia on issues related to gender, women and child empowerment, education, peace education, as well as M & E are some of the key skills that are owned by Maria who also has a background and experience as an activist, facilitator, mentor, speaker and researcher in the country such as NTT, Papua, Aceh as well as in Australia, Japan, and Thailand.
Edel Mary Quin Mole (Coordinator of Communications and Publications)
Quin has strong background in the field of communications and public diplomacy, donor relations, as well as report writing, editing and translation of documents projects engaged in health, education and gender. Over 14 years involved in community development in NTT together with AusAID. Quin also has experience in project administration, project development analysis, as well as monitoring and budgeting. She is currently working on a project with the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Indonesia for editing the modules on Inclusive Education.
Gaudensia Ringa Deu, AMd. (Administrative
Coordinator)
Gaudensia has been working in
the field of community development for 19 years since 1998. Experienced
in finance and administration. She has worked
with local organizations such as Yayasan Mitra Tani Mandiri and Charitas – Ende Diocese and has involved in three major AusAID projects in
the Flores mainland. Besides her experience as finance staff and manager/coordinator, she also actively takes part in training and mentoring the target group as a
facilitator on financial
theme, gender and agriculture, as well as the empowerment of people with
disability
Rashidah Airin
S.S, M.Ed (Coordinator of Research, Monitoring and
Evaluation, and Capacity Building)
Rashidah has over 10 years experience in various projects in the area of capacity development, project management, and monitoring and evaluation funded by AusAID, USAID, ChildFund Indonesia, UNICEF, SIDA, DFID, in Indonesia, Ethiopia and Cambodia
Angelina Yeniarti Gae, SGz (Program
Support Staff)
Angelina holds a Bachelor
of Nutrition Science with experience as a reliable field personnel for
organizations such as World Vision Indonesia, LS VECO and Ngada Election
Commission. Angelina was selected to take part in the national data collection with
SUSENAS. In addition to having the ability of community development, she also
attended series of training on local food promotion and human trafficking
Yohana
Mari, AMd (Financial and Administrative Support Staff)
Holds
a Bachelor of Accounting, Yohana is currently working as
a General Administration for PT Air Source of Living Well in Boawae since 2015.
